A roof-mounted hybrid photovoltaic plant with a max output of 19.04kW, built with the purpose of meeting all the power needs of the household and providing emergency power supply.
The installation includes 32 PV panels with max power output 595W and 30 years of performance warranty. The photovoltaics are situated on different roof tops and are facing East and South. This way they are exposed to direct sunlight throughout the whole day.
The hybrid inverter grants access to a mobile app. This allows users to track all sorts of readings regarding the PV plant – power usage, production power of the photovoltaics, state of the batteries, ecological benefits and others. These details are available both in real-time and as past statistics. This information can be used to optimize one’s power usage, for example.
The installation also includes batteries. Thanks to these, the household is powered by solar-generated electricity even when the current sunlight is not sufficient for this. The batteries can also be used as an emergency power supply.
The power output of the solar panels in combination with the batteries’ capacity allow the plant to be used in off-grid mode, providing complete energy independence from the local power supply regardless of the season.
Below you can find some pictures from the installation process, as well as what it looks like in its finished state.
