Roof mounted three phase hybrid photovoltaic installation in Delta Hill. With a max power output of 11.4kW, the plant is built with the purpose of meeting the needs of the household and acting as an emergency power supply.
A total of 24 475W photovoltaics with 30-year performance warranty were used in building the power plant. The solar panels are distributed over the East, West and South slopes of the house’s roof. This way, they will be getting consistent exposure to direct sunlight during the entire day.
The plant also includes batteries. This allows the household to use energy, generated by the photovoltaics, even during the night or in bad weather. Thanks to these, the house will also be supplied with energy during power outages, as the batteries allow the installation to act as an emergency power supply.
The inverter is Wi-Fi enabled and can be paired with a mobile app. Through this app users can monitor the current state of all elements of the PV installation and can also access data regarding its behavior in the past. This includes information regarding how much the photovoltaics are producing, the batteries’ state of charge, the overall power usage, ecological benefits and many others.
Below you can find some pictures from the installation process.
