11.61kW hybrid three-phase PV installation, Lozen

A roof-mounted three-phase hybrid PV installation in the village of Lozen. The plant has a max power output of 11.kW and it was built with the goal of meeting the electrical needs of the household and providing an emergency power supply, when needed.

The PV power plant includes 18 pieces of 645W photovoltaics with a 30-year performance warranty. The solar panels are placed on the East and West slope of the roof. This way they will be consistently exposed to direct sunlight over the course of the whole day.

The installation also includes batteries. Thanks to those, the PV plant can act as an emergency power supply for the household, if the need arises. In addition to this, clean energy generated from the photovoltaics will be available even when there is no sufficient sunlight to meet the energy needs in the moment.

The three-phase hybrid inverter can be connected to the internet, thanks to which it can be monitored remotely through a mobile application. From this app users can both monitor the real-time condition of the entire plant and see statistical data regarding its behavior in the past. The information includes data regarding the power output from the panels, the battery charge, the power usage, ecological benefits and a variety of other useful parameters.

Here’s some pictures from the process of building the plant.
